My Plan

• Hire a full-time recreation director.
• Attract and retain top-notch employees by conducting a salary and benefits study.
• Allow the police chief the authority to run his department with oversight from the mayor and council.
• Repair the rift between District 21 and the town.
• Support DAR and the programs they offer members of our community.
• Explore the building of a new library to support our growth.
• Beautify the town, particularly along Main Street.
• Explore alternatives to our own sewer system, like connecting to a nearby system.
• Work with the county to resolve the stray animal issues.
• Improve transparency by streaming council meetings.
